Piers Rooke directs and manages Castlecap on a daily basis; focusing on investment strategy, acquisitions, financing and value enhancement. Piers has been directly involved in over £1.2bn of property transactions, in both the commercial and residential sectors, in a career spanning over 20 years.
In 2009, Piers was a founding Shareholder and remains Managing Director of Seastar Developments Limited, an award winning development company specializing in residential opportunities in Prime Central London. This business has acquired, developed and disposed of over £120m of London residential projects.
Prior to this in 2002, Piers was a founding Shareholder and Managing Director of Waterbridge Investment Partners Limited, a commercial property investment vehicle acting on behalf of a range of institutional and private investors. Waterbridge acquired, asset management and disposed of the Aqua Portfolio, generating an aggregate return on capital invested of circa 69%, with annualized compound returns of between 37% and 250% for the Investors.
In 1999 Piers joined Waterbridge Group Limited, becoming an integral part of the team, joining the Agency division and going on to become Asset Management Director. His role covered all facets of property investment and development including; asset management, agency, redevelopment, financing and project management.
Piers started his career in 1995 in London with Refco Overseas Limited, the US financial derivatives company and subsequently moved to the equity market specialist, HBP Limited.

Group Financial Controller
Julie is responsible for the overall management of the group’s Finance Division. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s full operational finance function, control of tax structures and tax planning, financial investment analysis and appraisal of ongoing debt structures. Julie also focusses on day to day cash flow management and is ultimately responsible for credit control throughout the portfolio. She ensures rigorous financial control and planning throughout all aspects of the business.
Julie’s financial career spans 26 years, with over 12 years experience specifically focusing within the Property Industry.
Asset Manager
Lydia joined Castlecap in 2012 becoming an integral part of the Asset Management team and gaining comprehensive experience and knowledge in all facets of asset management, agency, lease management and refurbishment projects.
Lydia is focused on adding value to the group portfolio through the intensive management of each asset.
Group Estates Manager
Kevin is responsible executing the on-going facilities management plan throughout the portfolio. He is responsible for overseeing the FM team including; the procurement of all contractors, specialists and on-site staff, thereby ensuring the efficient and effective operational management of each property.
Kevin oversees the service charge process, guaranteeing the continued quality of the service provision, which in turn produces well kept, fully functional business and residential premises for all occupiers.
