The Grapes is a locally listed three storey building situated on the High Street in Sutton.

Originally used as a pub and hotel, it was last occupied by Weatherspoon’s but was closed in August 2018. Castlecap is currently regenerating the site and constructing 26 x one, two and three bedroom apartments with a 1,750 sqft commercial unit below, due for completion in June 2023.
